Introduction
The lining of the tundish permanent layer is made of high alumina bauxite, superfine powder and pure calcium aluminate cement. A low-cement castable is used as the binder. It can be vibrated and constructed by gravity. It has the advantages of high strength, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance. In continuous casting production environments, it can be used with tundish dry mix, spray coating or gunning mass to extend the life of the tundish in the case of continuous casting for a longer period of time.
