Since 2021, the steelmaking plant of Baowu Zhongnan Iron & Steel has adopted JHR’s one-ladle working lining total contracting solution. After over many years of industrial verification, the product demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance and structural stability in key areas including ladle bottom and sidewalls. Even under scrap preheating conditions, the material maintains high strength and resists oxidation attack, effectively meeting the rigorous requirements of high temperature, thermal cycling and slag/metal erosion in ladle service. Extended campaign life and significantly reduced refractory consumption per ton of steel ensure stable operation for the entire melting shop.
