Introduction
Lightweight clay bricks are insulating refractory products manufactured from refractory clay with a porous structure to achieve low density and excellent thermal insulation. Grade JH-NG1.3 features Al₂O₃ ≥25%, bulk density ≤1.3 g/cm³, and cold crushing strength ≥5 MPa. The material delivers low thermal conductivity of ≤0.55 W/(m·k) at 350±25℃ and maintains good volume stability with heating shrinkage ≤2% at 1300℃×12h. Widely used as insulating back-up linings behind working linings in various industrial furnaces and kilns.
