    Introduction

    JinXin HengTuo manufactures a complete range of refractory mortars including clay-based, high alumina, and alumina-silicon carbide grades. These products feature appropriate setting time, high bonding strength, and excellent performance at elevated temperatures. The mortars are designed to match corresponding brick grades, ensuring uniform expansion coefficients and tight joint sealing. Available in both dry and wet forms to suit different construction requirements. They are widely used for laying and sealing refractory linings in blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, ladles, torpedo cars, and other thermal equipment.

    High Bonding Strength
    Achieves bonding strength ≥1.0 MPa at 110℃ and ≥3.0–4.0 MPa at 1200℃, ensuring secure brick adhesion under thermal stress.

    Controlled Setting Time
    Setting time of 1–3 minutes provides adequate working time for bricklaying while preventing premature hardening during application.

    Optimized Particle Grading
    Fineness of <0.074mm ≥50% and <0.5mm ≤2% ensures uniform joint filling and excellent penetration into brick gaps.
