    Introduction

Hot blast stove high alumina bricks are premium refractory products manufactured from high-quality bauxite chamotte with strict quality control. Through high-pressure forming and sintering at elevated temperatures, the bricks develop a dense structure with low apparent porosity. They exhibit high refractoriness up to 1790℃, high load softening temperature and excellent resistance to both acidic and basic slag attacks. The products are widely used in checker chambers, combustion chambers and regenerators of hot blast stoves, where thermal efficiency and structural integrity are critical.

    Key Advantages

    01
    High Refractoriness & Strength
Refractoriness up to 1790℃ with cold crushing strength ≥40.0 MPa, ensuring reliable performance under extreme thermal and mechanical loads.
    02
    Excellent Slag Corrosion Resistance
Chemically stable composition provides strong resistance against both acidic and basic slag attacks, extending service life in corrosive environments.
    03
    Low Apparent Porosity
Porosity ≤22% with dense microstructure minimizes slag penetration and spalling, maintaining lining integrity during cyclic hot blast stove operations.
